monroldarri A legitimate strategy used by many gamers in first person shooters such as GoldenEye 007.
The strat involves starting the game, finding the point on the screen where your gun is aiming for, and placing a 'dot' at this point. The dot is usually either a small mark made with a dry erase marker, or a small, wet wad of paper that can stick to the screen. This gives a visual guide as to where you're aiming, without having to use the in-game crosshair, and can make long distance shots with ease.
