Start about 1.5 large squares up from the bottom, and when the stick is just about to touch the side. After going through the thinnest gap in the level you will have to wait about a second before going through the final gap and to the finish. The straight in-between the two thinnest parts is in theory wide enough to go down without having to slow down, but it is at an awkward angle. If it is possible to pull this off then a time of just over 6 seconds might be possible. It hasn't been proven if this is possible or not though.
