3lap prb - Pretty simple, just keep prb going for 3 laps and stay as tight to the wall in the turns as possible. Use the shroom at the end or in the last turn to keep as close as possible to the wall.

2nd lap prb - Just maintain prb during the first lap so when the second lap is about to start you begin near the left side of the track in order to stay as close to the wall as possible.  Hugging the turns is the most important part next to mt'ing fast as possible in the straights.  The shroom is typically used in the last turn to stay tighter or at the end so you just head in a straight line to the finish.

Done on 2nd lap - same principle as the prb strat except you can not use prb here.  Starting on the left side of the track stay as close to the grass as possible in the turns without touching it.  The shroom is either used to cut through a portion of grass in the first turn or last turn which seems to be more popular.
