Every videogame with an entry on Speedrunwiki should be a member of this category. The game should be listed under its full, correct, North American name, e.g. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Common abbreviations such as Zelda 64 and OoT should redirect to the full article.
Each videogame should also be a member of
- Category:N64 games, Category:PS2 games or whatever system(s) the game appears on
- if applicable, Category:Legend of Zelda series, Category:F-Zero series or whatever series the game is a member of
Videogames having with more than 5 individual related articles can also be members of their own category. This number should NOT include its dozens and dozens of individual levels - these are better covered by Templates. Rather, we are looking at games with enough well-examined facets to be worth making into a whole category.
For example, Perfect Dark has Perfect Agent, Defection glitch, Lookdown, Rounding in Perfect Dark and Skedar Jump (and more) as additional articles. Hence, Perfect Dark has its own category, Category:Perfect Dark, of which it is a member.
On the other hand, Sonic 2 has 19 level articles covered by a Template, but no other subsidiary pages. Hence, Sonic 2 should NOT have its own category.
