−Restart until you spawn in the basement of the level, hold right before starting. Keep holding right until you can move backwards. At that moment, turn left, so you can walk straight into the corridor with the dual Garret Revolvers. Go around the corner and walk up the stairs. When you reach the top of the stairs, the enemy bot will show up. Gun him down quickly. Note that there is a version difference here. On the GC/Xbox version, he will virtually (he's not there maybe once every couple of hours) always be here, where as on the PS2 version, he will be there once every three times you start at the basement spawn.

−Now move towards the section of the level that is in the open air. He should have respawned when you reach that section. He has to spawd under the bell (right above you) or on the right (from your position) building. If he spawns above you, he will always drop down. Kill him quickly no matter where he spawned.

−To get a fast time he now has to spawn either under the bell or on the right building again. Go towards the other (not the one you came through) entrance to the place in the open air. Hide there and wait until the bot spawns (You will be able to hear if he spawned close after a little bit of trying). The reason you're hiding here is that he runs towards the gun if he spawns on the building or that he runs away if he spawns under the bell.

−If he spawns under the bell, he will drop off and move towards you. You can basically kill him without moving.

−If he spawns on the building spawn, dash outside and kill him. He will move towards you, so you just press that fire button as fast as you can.
