Get the boost start and immediately slide around the wall on the left (use your. Collect the 3 bananas and hit the zipper. Now slide to the right side and around the wall. Hit the next zipper and aim for the left edge of the bridge. When you have enough speed, you will do a short jump and so you can cut the edge a bit. Try to grab all 3 bananas on the left side of the bridge. Then begin to slide just before you enter the tunnel. Of course, grab the banana inside the tunnel. Hit the zipper behind the tunnel and aim for the small puddle on the right side (but be careful to not hit the stone or palm). When you hit the puddle at the right angle, you will jump directly in front of the dino skull (sometimes you can even get 1-2 bananas while doing the jump). Hit the zipper inside the skull and do a rightfacing slide around the next turn. Immediately change to a leftfacing slide, when you pass the last bone of the skeleton. When you are lucky, you will get the banana just before the finishline. Take the first corner in lap 2 (and 3) very sharp and slide to the next zipper. Then repeat the strat from lap 1.
